I'm wracking my brain trying to 'prepare' myself --- I have a colonoscopy/Upper GI this coming Friday----and trying to prepare myself for ANY problems the doctor may find!
Anyway, do any of you have the following with your IBS:
- Pain in mid-back
- Pain in shoulder-blade area (especially right side)
- Pain b/t hip bones (feels like menstural cramps)
- Pain in lower back
- Feel like you still have to go "b.m." even though you already went
- Feeling like you have to urinate all of the time--then, try and go, and "nothing"
- Pain in mid-sternum
I had both an ultrasound and Hid-a-Scan for my Gallbladder----supposedlly both came back "normal"---but, I continue to get the pains in that area! I don't want to have any gall bladder problems---and upon the initial consult with the GI Guy---he did say that sometimes, IBS can cause pain in my Upper GI? But, the pain in my back/mid back/shoulder blade area---and between my hips/lower back are so bad!
Thanks for any answers---advice!
