Had an alright weekend

The weekend was interesting just been trying to stay cool lol the heat is back with a fierceness and I've been in doors trying to stay cool.My symptoms have been so so no D I like that just gas when I do have it it's uncomfortable and annoying.I'm just sitting in front of my fan and enjoying the coolness of it lol going to take a nice cold shower before I go to bed.Then it starts up again in the morning all over again the symptoms they always start in the morning but I always feel better after a bm.Then when I eat again it's on lol I deal with it and bare it's a normal day for me lol.
