Yeah, I scared myself too.

Just wanted to say hi, give a huge public hug to Lil for being such a great mod, and some props to you guys for helping each other out. I've been a bit MIA lately but it is nice to see that things have been running so smoothly (well, it's not really a surprise, but it's still nice to see). Take care of yourselves.

How is your dad? I seem to recall you saying some months ago that he had been diagnosed with cancer.

He's okay. The cancer is growing, but it's a very slow-growing cancer...

There's been some other "stuff" going on but we're all putting one foot in front of the other, as usual :) Thanks for checkin' in, chicas :)

I'm glad he's still hanging in there. Did you read about the guy who's skin cancer was cleared up by a new treatment that stimulates the immune system? It didn't help anyone else in the group (I think there were only 9 subjects), and I don't know why they kept it specifically to skin cancer, but unlike radiation or chemo, it doesn't have side effects and seems to not harm the body in any way, so it looks to me if it can help random people, go ahead and try it in everyone.
