Hi again, the irritable bowel I can just about cope with - it's the dizziness that unsettles me. I have a tingling sensation in my abdomen wich then waves all the way up my body and makes me dizzy.............could this be gas? Dr insists that it is all related to IBS although I have not been officially diagnosed. Please can someone who suffers with the same leave a message for me to put my mind at rest x

Your not the only one. I get dizzy as well. I have no clue what causes it and my doc doesn't either. She's seen it in action too. She had her theories but since she can't actually find anything wrong she tells me to keep well hydrated and to make sure I eat. One of her theories is low blood sugar. I have mine tested regularly for other reasons and mine tends to be on the low side of normal. But track what you are doing when the dizziness hits. Maybe then they can narrow down what might be causing it.
