Loud noises in tummy

Hi All,
I am new here and hope to find some answers.Since lately having lots of rumbling loud noises from tummy most of time.I don't have IBS but wonder what can be causes ?
any suggestions are welcome.

Hello Nat, and welcome...  So you are just having rumbling noises ?  So your tummy makes noise?  Well its probably gas as it goes through your intestines....do you have any other symptoms?   Hope your ok ....Leslie

I find after I eat, my stomach makes horrible sounds, yet I feel fairly good. I am on a gluten-free diet and even after having some gf noodles and rice crackers my sounds can be heard across the office. Just this week, a student was sitting beside me and turned to me and said, "Your digestive system is trying to regulate itself." When I asked him what he meant he told me that the sounds means the digestive system is "battling with your food". He is in grade 5 and his mom is in the health care field. If y'all listen carefully around 1:00 PM Central times, no matter where in the country you live, you might hear some rumbling... that would be my tummy from Texas!

Now that is too funny, yes I think I did hear your tummy last night, that's what woke me up...LOL   Ya know its so funny my tummy makes a lot of noise but as stuff tries to go through my intestines they learch and move, and it feels like I have a baby in their.  My mom did not believe me till I had her put her hand on my belly button area and she was like OMG are you sure that you are not pregnant...ofcourse she was kidding, cuz I cannot have any more plus I am way too old.  But its amazing just how much struggles my intestines go through, like a war is going on in their.

So if you could keep it quiet so I can get a full nights sleep I would appreciate it....NO NOISE TONIGHT....LOL  Be well....Leslie  nono

Usually when my tummy is loud and we all know it's not exactly our stomaches making all those noises - LOL - I find that the good/bad bacteria in my gut is out of whack. I just take 2 probiotic pills, not one a day and get back on my diet. If I could tolerate dairy I'd probably have an extra yogurt.

But that's what I've noticed. Something is off in my gut and I need to level out the bacteria in there.

It can be so loud it sounds like there's a beast in there. And the rumblings remind me of what it felt like when my babies moved (have two daughters, grown now). Long past pregnancy days so I know there's no baby in there either......just a noisy gut.

Marsky,  I dont know if you know this or not but the probiotics have dairy in them and if your lactose intollerent like I am it made everything worse.  So I had to take the probiotics for lacose intollerent people.   But nothing like any of that stuff even helped me, but just wanted to make you aware of it if you were'nt already.

Well I ate so back to all the crummy stuff once again and a big knot in my gut...  God I can not wait to hopefully get the surgery to end all of this.

Hi Leslie - I do just fine with my Nature's Way pill each night. I was diagnosed with a milk allergy as a baby. I almost died when I was a week old. I couldn't keep cow's milk down. This was back when mother's didn't nurse their babies (obviously!). My mom had to put me on soy milk. As I grew up I could tolerate milk here and there. Not daily, I never wanted milk as my beverage choice. If I have a fried egg sandwich I feel so nauseous, for example. So I know what to avoid and what not to. I can have milk in recipes, eggs in recipes, just not all by themselves. Odd isn't it? I had a food sensitivity panel done last year, I tested the highest for dairy, slightly lower for eggs. I had been eating 2 or 3 cups of Stonyfield vanilla yogurt each day. And was feeling ill but not all out sick. I put two and two together and knew the culprit - milk. So this is why I just avoid yogurt all together now.

And oddly enough again, I realize that eggs and dairy are not one and the same. But both in their pure forms, except for a hard boiled egg, bother my system.

Marsky,  Yes I am exactly like you had it since I was a baby but mine got worse the older I get.  I do not ever eat eggs , mom said she tried to sneak them in my cereal when I was a baby and I would push the bowl off the high chair...dont like eggs.........I dont drink milk never have, dont do soy or anything that resembles milk.  But I too can have it in cakes or something like that.

Well I have one good day after I got out of the hospital, then I ate a bit and I am back to not going and miserable again.  I want the surgery now, I cant wait to have it...just to be done with all of the misery.  Well have a good day sweetie.  Leslie

i never had rumblings before pretty new to it so kinda worried .Looks as its bacteria or stomach worms ?

still wondering so booked appt with a specialist.

lets see how its fixed.
