For those who have IBS and Dairy intolerance, have you tried the Daiya cheese? I have heard about it, but it is a bit pricey so I wondered if anyone has tried it?

I finally purchased the Daiya cheese last night and made my first grilled cheese sandwich in probably 10 years. It was so good I had tears. These cheese melts yummy and the gf Udi bread was delicious. If you have dairy issues, you should really try this cheese... Yummy!
