I tried going gluten-free, and all it did was make my chronic constipation WAY worse! NObody understood that one. Now I'm pretty much following a diet I read about
on this forum, "Heather's IB diet," I think. Lots of soluble fiber, less of everything else. And I am having more normal bowel movements. All my adult life, I've been cramming fruits, veggies, and whole grains into my body and I'm a mess.
Go figure!
