Truss1000 we are exactly the same I have had stomach and diarreha since I can remember every morning I wake and no it's coming sometimes bad enough it wakes me up I think what you eat before you go to bed has something to do with how bad the morning is it's been the worst here lately I am new to this site so if any body has anything I can do to help I have been to doctors since I was young and they told me it was all do to me having bad nerves so I was on paxil and for a little Xanax I stoped taking them when I was 17 and felt way better for a year then it went back to normal now I'm here tired of wondering if it was just me that fills like this

what are you doing now to help manage it? Its really important to understand it, because of how complex it all is, something can help though.

Have you seen a doctor lately and were you officially diagnosed with it? Ever seen a gi doctor?
