Please help

Hi I just founf this board. My mom died of stroke and also had colon cancer, she was terminally ill for 2 years. Well this about killed me and put alot of stress on me. I took a couple weeks of work off went back one day and ended up waking up in the middle of the night vomiting and diareah (sorry to be gross). Well went away and took off some more time and attempted to go back to work again on Monday. Well monday night again waking up sick but this time blood in my diareah. Almost called 911. Am off not until next Tuesday. Am scared it could be colon cancer. Are these also signs of infamitory bowel disease? I am going to have to get a colonoscopy in the next couple of weeks. I have abdominal cramping. I think I am stressing myself out. Any help would be appreciated :(
