Yes I was but I cut out Lactose out of my diet about
ten years ago and my IBS didn't get better as a result. So I started having cereals again after about
6 months after that and again no change to the IBS symptoms. Maybe I wasn't off milk long enough, but I feel it had nothing to do with Lactose...
Rice milk is obviously giving my system something it clearly requires.
To be honest maybe it's just my time to get better...

P.S. Maybe I ought to mention that I have suffered with IBS for 40+ years and have tried everything else...
