Epi-gastric Pain

I have been assuming I have a gall-bladder issue but may have to re-think my thinking. For the first time, today, my MD suggested IBS-C

I have
Upper abdominal Pain (epigastric)
bloating
constipation (1-2 bm's a week)
flatulence

If I eat a large meal I feel EXTREMELY full for a long time, to the point of pain and if I bend over I urp up some of my meal.

I'll be miserable for a week or two or three sometimes and then... fine.

Then it starts again and the cycle just stops and starts with no pattern that I've been able to detect.

I've had the tests for gallbladder, had the scope down the throat and a ct scan of my abdomen, all normal. Having a colonoscopy in a couple weeks

I am a 50 yo female, this problem started about 3 years ago

Also have some minor depression ... which someone said might be connected??

Does this sound like IBS - C according to what YOU all know... especially in regards tot he fact that the pain is in my UPPER abdomen!
