I'm new to this forum and appreciate any response. I'm male 33 and recently I've been working out a lot and on a high caloric diet ranging from about 3k-4k calrories a day to gain muscle mass. In order to get that many calories w/o stuffing my face constantly, I will down two to three large shakes a day. My diet is as follows.
Early morning:
shake consisting of
raw oats 2cups
milk 2 cups
one raw bannana
Late morning:
8 eggs boiled one of them whole
1/3 cup of raw almonds
Afternoon:
Protein shake with
raw oats 2 cups
milk 2cups
Flax seed oil sup 2 softgels
Late afternoon shake:
2 cups raw oats
2 cups milk
1/3 cup raw almonds on the side.
Evening:
4 tbsp organinc Peanut butter.
So I think my body is not absorbing my food very well which is causing my yellow loose burning BM's
Above all of this I am also drinking about 6 bottles of water a day and 1 gatorade.
I don't think it's a gallbladder issue I don't have pain in that area.
Any ideas would be great on what I can do to help any supplements to help with absorbtion etc...
