i am writing because noone listens to me i have been diagnosed yrs ago with ibs i have had diarea since and my stomnach at times contracts like i am giving birt pain and all, now it is light tan and has what looks like crushed aspirin in it and then at time slimy looking and sometimes looks like pieces of food in it can anyone tell me what might be

The slime and "crushed aspirin" is mucus. It's a common occurrence for people with IBS. Do you eat a lot of fiber or take fiber supplements? If not, this might help with the diarrhea as well as the mucus production. The pain you are feeling are intestinal spasms and you might want to ask your doctor for an anti-spasm pill such as Bentyl.

i have been taken bentyl for yrs and i get stomache infections all the time seems like nothing were ever help everyday is a struggle i cant eat out cause soon as eat 5 min im in bathroom i dont work stay at home mom so thats a plus but i am so worn out
