Hi, I have been diagnosed with IBS and am still learning
how to take care of myself, I recently found out by having
a severe spasm episode (feels like labor) that Apple
skins cause instant spasms, also happens with Pear skin
I've been reading about Insoluable Fiber and how it is
a trigger. I get spasms (severe) and bloating with gas
when I eat anything with flour,oats,wheat. Can anyone tell
me through your experiences some good fruits and
what veggies they have had success with?
