try buying lemon balm and German chamomile in bulk. I use 4-5 tbs each steeped min 15 min up to 12 hrs 2cups water . if too strong you can dilute it with hot water esp. if 12 hrs of steeping. Use coffee filter and coffee cone to strain. morning, before eating, bedtime. enteric coated peppermint caps did not work for me but get great reviews by many.
also fennel, anise seeds chewed before after meal or make tea from them - crush first?. ginger root tea fresh or dried. rosemary leaf tea.
