Miralax

Everybody is talking about the use of "Miralax"!? No one ever mentions "Smoothlax" and a bunch of other "---lax" of which there are many! Dulcolax, I'm not yet familier with!?

Aren't they all kind of the same? They sure look alike? What are the differences if there is any difference?

 

Some laxatives are considered habit-forming, and some are not. Most DRs will recommend against regular use of a habit-forming laxative. Miralax (and the generics with the same ingredient) is not habit-forming.
