Not Sure What it Is and Worried

I'm a 24 year old woman and about 4 or 5 months ago I started experiencing pain in or around my colon while trying to go number 2. It wouldn't happen every time I had to go, but it happened enough for me to take notice of it as something that wasn't really getting better. Then it stopped, or at least I stopped noticing it, for no reason.

Now it's started up again.

It's quite painful. Basically it hurts to relax on the toilet to let anything out. Sometimes to the point that I stop trying to relax. I'm not constipated at all. And then sometimes I'll feel a toot come down the pipes and when it gets to the end there's some bad cramps. Don't know if they're connected.

There's no blood or anything else wrong.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone else out there is dealing with the same thing or something like it or know what it could be.
