New here, Couple of questions

Hey I'm Robert, I am new here and hopefully can get some answers to some of my questions, I'm 22 Male Average weight. Ok so since I was young and could remember I had symptoms of IBS was never diagnosed with it. But here I am 10 years later and have had recently a colonoscopy a month ago and nothing came back. Well just in the last couple of days I have had Severe and I mean Severe Abdominal pain like for example I just got off the toilet for a period of no less than 3 hours constipated and the absolute worst stomach pain I have ever experienced. I plan on going to the doctors tomorrow but am really worried as this has never happen to such an extreme pain ohh also might i add I also was vomiting too Idk why. Please any information would be much appreciated.
