throwing up after bowel movement

 for the last 9 years i have been dealing with after a bowel movement, i throwup for 12-36 hours straight, i have the chills, hot, its usually yellow stomach bile that i throw up, this last time it was green and black, the doctors here in thunder bay, ontario dont have a clue as to why its happening if u have any thoughts i am all ears please help!!!!!!
