What is This???

Please help me. I'm more scared than I have ever been in my life. I have been passing a lot of mucus in my stool with white stuff that is hard like nuts and could be nuts. There is also small black dots and some green dots as well. I'm only 14 and I'm scared I may have cancer or some other terrible disease. Can I please get some stories and support from y'all? Thanks

I have found worms in my shower that look like millipedes and wonder if they are falling off of my body. It's pretty weird... Do you know anything about this? I get abdominal pain/nasua and am still worried to the point where I can't wait for a colonoscopy.
