Upper right abdomen pain and fluttering

HI,

I am having pain in the upper right abdomen  under my right ribs for some time now...and for the last 3 days i am having fluttering (vibrating) movement in that area along with gas gurgling...Please advice on what symptoms are these...I do have lot of gas movement with huge sound...THis pain in the right side is not constant but sometimes goes after drinking lot of water.

Yes, gas can cause the "fluttering" type feeling you have in your gut along with pain. There were quite a few times I thought I was dying from gas!
