Suspected IBS

I have been suffering with IBS symptoms for around 4 months, I went to see my Doctor and he prescribed Buscopan which does help the symptoms. However this last 3 days I've been getting really bad pains and a kind of soreness in my chest as well, and also I feel it in my breathing. Its difficult to describe, but imagine a really bad stitch in you're chest after running (without being short of breath) but it gets quite painfull and uncomfortable as if its a weight on my chest.

I've found Paracetemol helps the pain, but the strange thing was, a few weeks back I thought I was recovering, and now its back with a vengance, so started on the buscopan again. Has anyone else experienced this chest feeling with IBS?? Its starting to drag me down, I feel tired in the mornings because I wake up in pain, and i have to keep pushing myself to get out of bed. Also I cannot enjoy eating as I am always uncomfortable. I'm awaiting some tests results from the Doctor to check if its a bacterial infection, but getting really worried now, which in turn doesn't help IBS.

I'm awaiting my test results from stool sample at the Hospital. Had to stop taking Buscopan now as I've noticed an irritating rash on one arm, also felt very tired and tight in the chest, so I guess I'm alergic to it, doctor has given me some Omeprazole for reflux, as he mentioned that too. Trouble is now I've stopped Buscopan I'm getting bowel cramps and passing more fluid again with a very bloated abdamin. Getting quite worried now as its gone on for months and I guess my mind is fearing all sorts.
