Have you tried an elimination diet to see if there's a food intolerance that's causing these problems? Start with lactose - eliminate it from your diet for a day or two to see if it makes a difference. Lactose is found in milk, ice cream, soft cheeses like mozarella, etc. There's not much lactose in yogurt, butter or hard cheese, but if you can eliminate all dairy for a couple of days you might learn a lot.
