Is this still part of IBS?

I've had several of these episodes, and now I've had one for over a week. It appears to be gastroparesis, or extremely slow emptying of my stomach. I feel so bloated and full. If I have a BM at all, its either watery or loose. I have loud, crazy bowel sounds. I have alot of irregular heartbeats too.........but I've always had those when my GI tract is worked up.
I'm hardly eating anything now, but still feel bloated. I really hesitate going to the GI doc, 'cause there's not much to do. But have those of you here also experienced these symptoms?

When I get that feeling, it's either from my acid reflux or Diverticular disease.

I can't feel the pockets either unless I eat something that they don't like. I've never had an infection but I've had some pretty horrible "attacks". These attacks landed me in the ER a few times just for pain control. But yes, DD can cause constipation, diarrhea, bloating, pain and nausea.
