Has anyone been dx with non relaxing puborecalisis were the anal shincter dosnt coordinate with the rectal sling. Had a anal rectal manometry test and failed the baloon expulsion and had a non relaxing shincter.been through 4 months of biofeedback and things got worse severe lower abdominal pain can't sit. And when I strain I can get alot out but no relief in gut pain and can still feel the bulg. Anybody have this problem?

 I have a similar problem as you. I to was diagnosed with anal dysengernia. I go through this cycle every day where I can get a little bit out and then after a certain point in time varies day to day, when I have to get more out. Anything that gets near the top of my rectum ( near the bladder) wont come out not even if its diarrhea. So God knows what its doing to my colon.  Ive been going through biofeedback which is a treatment for anal dysengernia (not working). So I understand completely what your going through, but I dont think we share all of the same symptoms.  Pains all over colon including lower abdomen at times

Thanks for replying do you have constant abdominal pain or do you get relief when going? I think I did some damage from straining and can't get the doc to do another ct.

I get pains in my abdomen to, but when I go it doesnt all come out at the same time. Once in a blue moon do I get relief  shakehead   I think Ive done some damage to my colon to from straining till my eyes pop out ! I wish they would do another ct scan on me to.

Can you sit with out pain and does your abdomin muscle suck in on it's own?
