Constipation and diarrhea at the same time ?

Hi I have had a few episodes of being constipated (little pellets) and diarrhea at the same time. Is this possible ?

I also read that the diarrhea with this constipation is not actually diarrhea but the intestines producing mucus

Has any 1 else had this happen, and does any 1 know why this happens ?

P.s this normally happens after a meal ?

What does your D look like? Do you notice a lot of snot like material in it? But yes you can have both. It means your colon is not working like it should (obviously).

After you eat, this triggers persistalisis. The hard pellets is what has been sitting in your lower portion of your colon which means that water is getting absorbed causing it solidify. The d is stool higher up that is being forced down faster than normal and doesn't give the colon a chance to absorb the water.
