So tired of this...

I apologize if this gets long, but I want to explain everything just to get some thoughts. For the past 3 years or so I've dealt with GI issues. They started after having my daughter. At first it started out with the occasional diarrhea. Eventually it started turning into a weekly thing with extreme pain along with the diarrhea. The diarrhea isn't really watery, but more less a large mostly soft bowel movement that eventually becomes mushy more diarrhea like. Usually after the bowel movement is completely done the pain subsides to cramps. The pain at times ended me up in the ER because I was passing out where they gave me Bentyl.

My old doctor diagnosed me with IBS and started me on a variety of pills that didn't really help anything. After switching from her when she told me I was young so I was fine, my new doctor started doing other tests. He took me off the meds she gave me (lomotil), and did other bloodwork. He thought it was gluten sensitivity since I showed signs of malabsorption because my Vitamin A was really low. That came back negative so he sent me to a GI. The GI doctor did an an EGD and Colonoscopy which showed some gastritis, and hemmorhoids. He also told me I had spastic colon and said if it kept bothering me we would try meds.

I went back to my PCP who decided to test my gallbladder again, which came back at 19%. So fast forward this this past January. I had my gallbladder removed and was doing really well for the first two months. I started having twinges where my gallbladder was and and now I'm back to where I started with the painful cramping (Always LLQ) until the bowel movement is done. I do get bloating occasionally as well.

I'm not really sold that it's IBS, but I figured I'd see if my experience is similar to anyone else's. I plan on going back to my PCP next week to see what he says. He said he'd order more tests if removing the gallbladder didn't help.
