Hello, I am the newbie...Would anyone like to share with me what you eat during a normal day. I can not seem to eat anything at all..even water is giving me trouble...I would be grateful for some ideas. Thanks

Diet is so very individualistic. What one can eat can bother another. Try keeping a food diary. Record everything you eat and see if you can find any correlation to the troublesome foods. Do you take any medications to help you?

I have been keeping track and found that every thing I put into my system is causing one problem or another. At this point I eat rice with a little gluten free tamari sauce with ice tea with a small amount of pure stevia to sweeten it. I am at a loss and not feeling well most of the time. My body is hungry but when I feed it I feel very ill. I have been trying to figure this all out for a long time and I am at a loss. No meds at this point. The Dr and Nutritionist are not on the same page which only confuses me more. I don't know what to do at this point. I was hoping to find someone who has been though the same thing and could give some direction. I have done much research and have tried different diets. Nothing is working for me.
