Pain in lower right abdomen, hurts when pushed down, could it be ibs or something else

Am new here. I have many symptoms, but am not sure if they are interconnected or not.. I have pain in my lower right abdomen. Pain is on and off. Sometimes it's dull but sometimes sharp. sometimes it radiates down front of my leg and sometimes radiates towards back. i am bloated too. if i stand for a long time , my right foot goes numb or get tingling. i get shooting pains in my rectum too. right side below ribcage is sore too . It all started more than a month ago. I have polycystic ovaries. So I am familiar with the cysts pain. This pain also started like cyst pain. It went like that for a week or so. But then one day, I felt very sharp and intense pain on the same spot. It went down the front of my right leg. It stayed there for like 10 minutes. After that when pushed near that place it hurts. I am pretty sure it's not my ovary. My GP told me to get pelvic ultrasound. When she was checking for my right ovary, it wasn't hurting. But when she checked a little bit on the upper side of the right ovary, it hurt when she pushed and it stopped when she left it. I often have bloating, gas and acidity. My GP said it could be ibs or appendix or colon cancer. Or could it be a muscle pull? Please help me if anyone had these symptoms. Thanks

Thanks for your response. I asked my GP about appendix, she said if it is your appendix , then we have to wait only. If it gets severe then we will operate otherwise leave it alone. She said there is no proper diagnosis for appendix. Ultrasound doesn't always pick it up. I think I also got a ruptured cyst. But it's been two weeks after the rupture, and pain is still there. How long does this pain lasts??
