Pain in the beltline area - exact middle. Is this common in IBS?

Do you get severely bloated?

well, not severly. But if press the lower left side I hear this sound - krrrrrkkk and after a minute I pass gas.
I don't whether its liquid stool causing that sound on pressing or the trapped gas.

The pain comes and goes all over the day and the pain is terrible during the bowel movement. I'm not sure if there are any inflammation or not.

Sounds like gas. I ended up in the er twice because of gas and impacted stool. Embarrassing! The doctor wrote on my discharge papers that I had to eat an apple every day! I thought he was kidding. He wasn't. The fact that you can press it and expel air sounds like gas. And it can be painful. Are you able to take anything like Gas-X?
