Pain. Pain. Pain.

Ok a little embarrassing but I'm having gas issues really bad right now.

I have a redundant colon and its rotated so I barely have any BMs. I can handle it most of the time. I usually take a Mag 07 before bed and can have one the next day. But the biggest problem I have is this severe gas pain. It cramps me up so bad my back hurts. When its like this I cannot pass gas or burp. Usually I can't stop. But I've tried every gas product to relieve the pain but nothing helps. The only thing that is relaxing is my heating pad but it doesn't take the pain away completely, just dulls it.

Any advice? I'm in so much pain right now.

Yeah. I've tried everything I can get my hands on. When it get trapped its just torture and everything I've gotten for gas just will not work :-/
