I'm a bit confused lol If the scope said you had Pancolitis...Pancolitis is an IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) such as Ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease (which are auto immune diseases)...there is no cure for these conditions btw. But it IS possible for you to have an IBD and be in remission but have IBS. In any of these scopes, did the doc say they seen any ulcerations? Little white sores in the large intestine? If so, Levsin will do nothing for you. Levsin is an anti-spasmodic but won't help if there are there any ulcerations in the large intestine. However, if there were no ulcerations found Levsin can help ease any abdominal discomfort. Personally I like Bentyl.
