Hello I'mSaria I'm 23 recently had heart palpitations then I've had panic attacks I've recently become bloated and constipated before that I hadn't eaten in 3 days and lost 8 pounds so is my bloating and constipation due to the anxiety I'm going to see my doctor march 1st eariest I can go anyone Know what I can do to help my situation before that
