A day after my Colonoscopy

So I had a colonoscopy yesterday,all was fine. Now its a day later and I still feel sedated, dizzy and severely nauseated. I don't know if I should still feel the sedation medicine one day later? I've been eating and drinking, but I don't feel right. Please help!

narcotic anesthesia always makes me nauseous, and 24 hours is not unreasonable IMO. Hang in there. If you are too nauseous to stand, ask your DR for an antiemetic like Zofran. Phenergan works really well but will put you to sleep.

Hey, I 'm from Hawaii too! Hope you're feeling better today.

Where did you do your colonoscopy if you may ask? I have mine on Monday and wanted some tips. Thanks!
