Back and Side pain for two weeks

Hello,

Maybe someone on here could ease my worries or if anyone has the same pain they could suggest something that help? I was feeling constipated and took some laxatives a few weeks ago but they were possibly very hard on my system because I began having pain in my lower back, rib area, and pressure feeling in my stomach. I went to the doctor last week and he said it was probably IBS and put me on some ibs medication but a week later the pain seems worse. I have been having bowel movements easier now, but the pain is really getting me down. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy a couple years ago so I imagine it can't be anything worse. The doctor said I had no temperature and no signs of tenderness. Thanks guys
