problems after gallbladder surgery

I am 35 years old i had my gallbladder removed in emergency surgery in january of 2012 and ever since i have had it removed i have to go to the bathroom i have tried low fat diets i dont eat hardly any fried food or fast food i cant eat vegetables or fruit without having to run to the restroom right after i eat them there will be times i will go days without eating just so i dont have to go to the bathroom looking for some advice on what i should do bc if i do eat something its once a day and that is usually supper because i dont like to eat at work because i know what happens when i eat i just want to enjoy some food without going to the bathroom 5 minutes after i eat or sometimes it hits me and i havent even finished eating and then when that happens i dont even want to finish it any suggestions please help

I had my gallbladder removed 15 months ago and since the surgery, my life has been the toilet. I always have to run to the toilet, sometimes I cant even hold it. Sometimes I feel pain in my superior left side of abdome. Dont know what to do anymore. Doctors prescribed me antibiotics, probiotics, imodium who didnt work for me and I felt miserable with pain and distended abdome after taking imodium. Why they are so reluctant in prescribing cholestiramine?
