Sounds to me like maybe you need to see a psychologist actually. They would be able to help you manage your anxiety, which would likely lessen a lot of your physical symptoms also. Anxiety can really mess with the body, causing things like the racing heart, GI issues, and it can cause you to breathe shallow and faster--making you feel light headed and even more panicky, again raising your heart rate.
Of course, I would encourage you to see your primary care doc first and foremost, just to rule out anything else that could be causing your symptoms. They would also be able to refer you to a psychologist/therapist. They may prescribe anti-anxiety meds, but that is just one small part of managing or controlling anxiety.
But really, I think that learning to control your anxiety may be the key to this whole thing. It may not "fix" everything, but would likely make things a LOT better.
