Thinking the dose is just too much for you. The Miralax should help you go, but taking too much can definitely draw too much water into the colon, resulting in the loose stools. I'd recommend cutting down the dose. Maybe not taking it all at once too. It's the kind of med that is (from what I understand) safe to use even long term, but you need to find a dose that works for your body. It may mean sort of experimenting with it, trying a smaller dose, and based on how you react to that, you may need to increase or decrease it. The goal is to get you back to having regular BMs, meaning more often than you have been, and for them to not be too hard or too soft/loose. There is a middle ground, it just may take some time to find it. 4 doses at once seems like an awful lot. Unless maybe it was just meant as a one time thing to get you sorta cleaned out. But, in the long run, you need to find a dose that will get you back to being "regular". I hope this helped.
