Probiotics

I'd like to know what recommendations are here for probiotics. Since my long bout with Cdiff 7 years ago, I have continued to take Florajen3 & Fluorastor. I did take VSL3 back then too.

What are the favored ones here?

probiotics and fiber are tossups

ever bowl is different me fiber makes me a machine gun farting in stores everywhere it wont stop **** hey im a man farts are funny

me at 40 with 20 or more meds im constipated for weeks but if i eat the wrong thing im empty now

im a fly by the day person not really into all the fancy stuff

in part to me and my dad have bad food allergies so i grew up plain bland food

i said im not living that and will pay the price to me after that it was worth it

and i dont have to much trouble the wife's diabetic so i eat diabetic fresh homemade home cooked

no processed premade once a week or less a treat of eating out occasional frozen pizza

but i do drink distilled water pop once in a while diet caffeine free tea the same

i have hypersensitivity taste smell hearing not touch my hand were damaged as a kid so they dont feel much at all

everyone's different symptoms what there willing to suffer with to have thing all that
