Hi Nekiiro:
I do have I.B. I have many times had a variety of pains in my stomach. I have been having trouble with constipation for a few months, possibly due to a new med. My Headache Doctor has me taking a number of supplements. I do believe that the Magnesium supplement has been beneficial for my stomach. I have been taking Magnesium Glycinate or can alternate with Taurate. He recently recommended a new product called "Magnesium Calm". I now take one Glycinate in the morning and 2 teaspoons of Magnesium Calm before bed. I read that the bulk of your magnesium should be an hour before bed. My stools are coming out easier now. Ask your Doctor if it might help you.
There are many good sources of fiber in food. I prefer whole grain breads, cereals with no sugar, vegetables and salads with dark green produce, and fish a few times a week. Do understand that you may not be able to eat gluten if you are allergic or have celiac disease.
Getting out for some fresh air is good too. I do like to meditate in my backyard. It is not easy to shut your mind off - stop thinking totally. Try it out.
Hope you will get some help for your anxiety issues from your Doctor.
