Something about Walmart doesn't agree with my guts.

Hi All.

Just a little note. Had to laugh at myself and hopefully not offend anyone in the store in the process. For the second time in 4 months, had an accident while shopping there. Something about that place just gets my colon moving I guess. Don't think anyone noticed...hope not. I was able to sneak away to the bathroom and clean up before things got really ugly. Had to laugh though. I just tried to keep moving cuz i noticed if I stood still, I could smell myself!! TMI, I know. Could've been so much worse!! Last time it was so much worse!! So, go ahead and laugh at me for this one. I did.

One of the places I've had most of my panic attacks is Walmart!!!!!
