Hi Dayglo and readers,
I know how you feel because I had C-Diff for 3 months and had to have a limited (probiotic) diet. It's funny that I never eat fruit and really didn't care for it but since I was sick, I'm hooked on yogurt, apples, pears, and fruits which I guess is a good thing. Also I've been buying some of these items off of a web site called Healthy World. One of the things I am trying now is the prophyllite clay and Saccharomyces Boulardii. Both of these are supposed to be good for the digestive immune system. I figured from all the drugs I tried in the 70's, why not try something that's supposed to be good for me? LOL... Anyway, here's the link on that site if you want to browse through it. If you try any of them, please let me know what it was, post it and let me know if any helped you. Also I've included a link from Stanford Health Center Nutrition Services for a FODMAP diet menu. This might help you broaden your food spectrum. If the link is not active, in case you don't know this little trick, you can do this instead of having to write it all down> click and hold the left mouse drag it across the link, then right click in the highlighted blue, then click copy from the menu, left click inside of the address box at the top, then right click in the address box to the menu pop up and select paste. Good luck and take care.
THE SACCHAROMYCES.... You may be able to find this locally for cheaper.
