Hi all
Does anyone have the same issue that i am experiencing? I get up in the morning, have my normal motion, breakfast but then approx an hour later, i have to wipe as there it still feels like i haven't wiped properly. This happens everytime i have a bowel motion and even though i use sensitive wet wipes, it still doesn't feel any better.
It really gets me down and my doc doesn't know what is going on. He has giving me some pimforcort (sp) to help with the redness and also ultraproct (again sp).
Im scared because this has never happened before and i don't know what to do

Honestly, if I was you, I would skip the wet wipes all together. If you want to use something soothing, I would recommend Tucks hemorrhoid pads. It has witch hazel and is quite comforting. You can use these even if you don't have hems. Do you? If so, this can contribute to that feeling.

You can use witch hazel with cotton balls instead of those pads.

Are you bothered with hemmorhoids? You might consider trying something like a bidet, it eliminates toilet paper altogether. Portable models are widely available nowadays.

Use bidet, then a dry toilet paper thereafter. Do it gently to avoid irritation.

A bidet is a toilet that gently squirts water to your bum, rinsing it off.

Hey I totally understand your fear and frustration. There are several tests the doc can perform to see why this is happening...so you're having anal leakage then? Here is a website that can tell you more about
it.

So are you taking an anticoagulant due to the AF? What color stains are you seeing in your boxers?

glad you are going to see the DR. It might be that you have hemmies that are bleeding a little bit since you are on blood thinners.
