Call me stupid... I broke down and had something that I shouldn't have had tonight. skull My mother in law went to taco bell (I used to LOVE that place) and I opted to get an enchirito (oh my gosh, the cheese was so good)... yes I got those looks.  Now 10 minutes after eating it, I am in agony!  I got pains so bad, I can't believe I did that. nono    Sorry to bore you guys, I just had to vent about how stupid I am LOL.

Hugs dbab! Sometimes it is worth it though, isn't it? I don't know how many times I have eaten something that I knew was going to turn around and kick me in the ass.
Does this mean that you will get the big D or will you be in agonizing pain instead? I'm sorry. How long does this normally last for you? I hope there is something you can take to help ease your misery.

I wish I was getting the big D that way this pain would at least somewhat go away. I will probably be laying in the fetal position tonight LOL. I get the pains right above my belly button that just feel like my colon is twisting. Oh well, thats what I get. Its kind of like drinking and having a hangover... you swear you won't have another drink again but you seem to forget and it just calls you. Argh!!!

Saturday in Wal-mart my mom (she has lactose intolerence too) talked me into buying lactose pills and Sunday morning with breakfast I had a big glass of chocolate milk. Needless to say 15 minutes later I was on the pot. She didnt tell me it only helps with the problem. At lease I didnt have the pains that put you in fetal position, just the big D. Live and learn I guess.

They don't call it "Taco Hell" for nothing.

Forewarning: Krystals (also known as "White Castles" in Yankee states) are commonly called "gut bombs." Personally they've never bothered me, but then I don't eat a sackful by myself either. Or with a cup of chili. Or with cheese. And I don't cram a whole sandwhich in my mouth at once.

Small portions. Small bites. Slow eating. Medication.

Works most of the time.

Now, I'm off to eat--gasp--a pizza. I ate wholesome chicken and rice and french onion soup last night and have had mild nausea and stomach pains today, so I don't reckon the pizza will do me much worse. Have to stay away from the cokes, though. The caffeine is still bothering me.

The fam is ordering pizza tonight... so I usually grab 3 slices and cuts the crusts off and give the best part to my husband while I dip my crusts in low fat italian dressing... that is my dinner tonight :)

My daughter cheats sometimes. She knows she's not suppose to have ice cream but sometimes she can't help herself. She sneaks it when she's with her friends. She know I won't buy any. I feel so bad.
