I am considering trying the FOD MAP diet for my GI problems but am concerned that it seems to leave me relying on calcium supplements to get my full complement per day. I know there are some other sources of calcium I can resort to such as broccoli, almonds, maybe sardines but 800 mg worth? I get 400 mg in my multi & really don't want to go more than that in supplement form.
Would really appreciate hearing from any of you in this pickle,
