Im concerned at this point!
I have not even felt like I need to go! the Dr gave me a medication but is not doing anything yet!
Anyone have any suggestions?

Im getting Comcerned its a serious medical issue!

Have you been eating a regular diet? Which med did the doc give you? 7 days is a long time but it's not too dangerous yet. How have you been feeling otherwise? If it continues you should go to the ER to be sure you don't have a blockage.

Well I didn't go 2 weeks ago for a week so last Wednesday I took am enema and some exlax. That worked for the day.
So haven't gone since.
Went to the dr on Wednesday and he gave me amitiza.
My diet hasn't changed.
I feel fine otherwise.
Im concerned because I dont feel constipated or have the need to go!

Im on some very strong meds( VERY BAD BACK) and I couldnt poop UNTIL I went to Krogers and bought some CHOCOLATE COCONUT MILK (IT WORKS GREAT)..A friend of mine told me about this,,I was on so many laxs BUT they didn't help much...Please try this,,IT WORKS...My mother died from not pooping for 10 days...CHOCOLATE COCONUT MILK,it tastes just like chocolate milk NOT coconut...
