Also, it may be possible that the dizziness is caused by dehydration. I get sickeningly dizzy whenever I am dehydrated (which is quite often, unfortunately). Have you had a change in medications lately? That can also cause dizziness and other symptoms. To kill two birds with one stone, try drinking ginger or peppermint tea throughout the day; supposedly helps with nausea, and would rehydrate you as well. I really hope you start feeling better soon.
