Hello all, I am usually on A/P but really need some help here. I am a Diabetic and was sent to classes last week. The dietician set me up on a meal plan that includes a lot of 100% wheat and milk products. As you can guess, it is creating havoc with my IBS, but my Blood sugars have been excellent. Am I just caught between a rock and a hard place here. I control the Diabetes and let the IBS run wild? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
