Hi
Sorry you're having a rough time. Nausea and stomach ache is not uncommon after gall bladder removal, I think some people get bile coming back into the stomach which irritates it and can also cause GERD if it refluxs into the esophagus. You could try Carafate, it binds to bile and protects the stomach lining from erosion. You have to be a bit pushy with Drs or they will just send you away with the same medicine to see if it improves.
Also you should be mindful of your mood and whether you are getting too depressed and look at address it. You can get into a viscous cycle where you get depressed which then makes the stomach problems worse. The mind and gut are quite linked which is why you'll feel down and fed up when your gut feels bad and vice versa. Try not to avoid doing things you enjoy because you feel unwell, try to keep up some things that aren't too demanding like maybe reading or playing games, just to try and lift your mood a bit. If it is becoming a problem in its own right then be sure to seek some help for it in addition to the stomach issues.
