I can relate to this. When my constipation was bad I used to get days where it would suddenly improve and I'd go to the bathroom maybe 2/3 times and feel really sick all day. I think sometimes a lot of movement in your bowels can interfere with your desire to eat which causes nausea.
Of course theres always the chance your pregnancy is just making you feel yucky because theres a ton of oestrogen, which is a hormone known to make people feel sick. Either way I'm afraid I dont have a solution, apart from maybe trying to include more fibre in your diet (which you probably are already aware of). A great thing for constipation is flaxseed (linseed). Dieticians often recommend a couple of tablespoons of seeds per day, either on their own or mixed in with cereals/yoghurts. Apart from that, ginger, peppermint and relaxation are probably your best bets.
